Information We Collect

When you create and order a Katubah on this site, we collect the personalization details you enter (such as names, dates, and ceremony information), your contact information (email, phone, and address used for order fulfillment), and payment details processed securely by our payment provider. We also automatically collect basic technical information such as your approximate location, device type, browser, and referring page to help us understand how visitors find and use the site.

Cookies & Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Ads and Google Analytics, to measure site traffic, understand how visitors use the site, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to create your personalized Katubah, process your order and payment, deliver your digital files by email, and communicate with you about your order. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except with service providers who help us operate the site and fulfill orders (such as our payment processor and email delivery provider, and only to the extent necessary for them to perform their services), or when we are required to disclose information in response to a valid subpoena, court order, or other legal process ordered by a court of law.

Your Choices

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time from your Account Settings page. You may also contact us using the form in the site footer with any privacy questions or requests.

Your Rights & Requests

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request that it be corrected or deleted, and to opt out of marketing communications. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the European General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to know what information we collect and how it is used, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not knowingly share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the advertising cookies described above. To make a request, contact us using the form in the site footer; we may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

Cookies, Analytics & Data Retention

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep the site working (such as remembering your in-progress design), along with analytics and advertising cookies as described above. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some features of the site may not function properly if you do. We retain your order and personalization information for as long as needed to provide your Katubah, honor your download access, and meet our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any message or by contacting us.

Security, Children & International Transfers

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections and restricted access, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13; if you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it. Our site and service providers are based in the United States, so if you access the site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
