Our Service

This site allows you to personalize and order a custom Katubah (Jewish marriage contract) using the names, dates, text, and design options you provide. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of all information you enter before completing your order, as your Katubah is produced exactly as submitted.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider at the time of checkout. Because each Katubah is custom-made to your specifications, orders are final once payment is completed and production has begun.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of any downloaded product, all sales are final. Additionally, we provide a live preview for visitors to see and approve all verbiage, font styles, colors, and frame styles prior to finalization and payment processing. As such, refunds after finalization will not be considered.

Your Data

In addition to customary webmaster analytics used to improve our service, Katubah.com only stores and retains data that is provided to us by you, the visitor. No data is sold.

Our Privacy Policy may also contain additional terms.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive the rights described at checkout to use your personalized Katubah files. The underlying artwork templates, site design, and software remain the property of Katubah.com.

Disclaimer

A Katubah produced through this site is a personalized keepsake document. We do not provide legal, religious, or rabbinical advice, and you are responsible for confirming that the content and wording of your Katubah meets the requirements of your officiant, community, or tradition.

Acceptable Use & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, to keep any account credentials confidential, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping or copying its artwork or content, reselling our templates, or submitting unlawful, infringing, or offensive content. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend any order or account that violates these Terms.

Third-Party Services & Warranty Disclaimer

The site relies on third-party providers for payment processing, email delivery, hosting, artwork generation, and analytics, and their own terms and privacy practices govern their services. The site and all materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies, or that colors, fonts, or artwork will appear identically on every screen or printer.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Katubah.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your Katubah order.

Indemnification & Severability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Katubah.com and its owners, operators, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of the content, names, text, or other materials you submit, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of the site. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to do so later. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Katubah.com regarding the site.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. You agree that any dispute, claim, or legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Communications Consent

By providing your email address and/or phone number to Katubah.com, you opt in and give your ongoing consent to be contacted by us at that email address and/or phone number. This includes order confirmations, delivery of your Katubah files, and customer support, as well as marketing communications such as alerts, coupons, promotions, discounts, incentives, and other offers or content that we believe may be of interest to you. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
